The Association hosted an industry event

As part of the implementation of tasks for the development of value engineering in the Republic of Kazakhstan, a specialized event was held by the Association of Value Engineering of Kazakhstan, which brought together representatives of the professional community, government agencies and expert organizations.

During the event, topical issues of improving the pricing system in construction, increasing the reliability of cost indicators, as well as introducing modern approaches to project cost management at all stages of their implementation were considered.

The participants paid special attention to the issues of harmonization of the national regulatory framework with international standards, the development of a methodology for the formation of estimated costs and contractual prices, as well as increasing transparency and digitalization of processes in the industry.

The event became a platform for sharing experiences, discussing practical cases and developing coordinated approaches to solving key industry challenges. As a result of the meeting, priority areas for further work and strengthening cooperation between the members of the professional community were identified.
